Our Process

Wetting Leather

We use a portable manual press that we bring to your event and operate on-site for your guests or attendees. The best layout for customizing the item is established during the event planning and all logos or 'brand style' elements are decided upon ahead of time, ensuring that we maintain your brand style. Once the guest approaches the table, we wet the leather to prepare it to be stamped.

Names & Initials

We are able to press company logos, guest names or initials and we discuss with the guest what they would like monogrammed or stamped. The font is selected and the correct letters placed into a frame.

Ready, Set, Press

While initials or names are being discussed with the guest, the leather is "casing" to become the correct temper to be stamped cleanly. The type frame is placed on the leather piece and then everything is placed into the press. The head of the machine is lowered with light pressure for a brief moment and the monogramming is permanently stamped into the leather.

Classically Monogrammed

The leather is removed from the machine and the stamping is complete. This entire process only takes a few moments and leaves your guests with a personalized and classically monogrammed gift.

What is Monogram Stamping?

For Leather Monogram Stamping we use solid brass letter stamps, in print or script fonts, to create a deep impression into wetted leather. As a custom leather shop, we hand craft the leather items we provide for monogram stamping. These leather gifts are high quality, classy and elegant; ensuring a keepsake that will be kept and appreciated. We also offer hand-carved monogramming!

Add to that the experience of participating in the personalization of their item, your guest will be left with a lasting impression of your event, party or brand.

Setup requirements are minimal - all we need is a 6 or 8 foot table and a few chairs.

For wet leather stamp monogramming we don't even need electricity!
